Who we are?
Hello! My name is Brian Devillavicencio.
Over the past few years, my wife and I have embraced entrepreneurship and built businesses from the ground up. Along the way, we witnessed firsthand how broken the credit and funding industry can be — filled with false promises, overpriced services, and companies preying on people’s financial struggles.
We have seen too many people being misled, overcharged, or left with no real results — and we knew something had to change. I studied and learned everything myself and rebuilt our credit first and got us the funding we needed to start our first 2 businesses. From there I started to help friends and family do the same - and I knew I needed to help even more people with this.
That’s why we started the Diamond Credit Group: to disrupt the industry by offering honest, affordable, and effective credit solutions. Our mission is simple — to help everyday people rebuild their credit with speed, transparency, and real results. No gimmicks. No inflated fees. Just straight-up support from people who care.

In compliance with federal law, Diamond Credit Group does not charge any fees until services have been rendered as agreed upon in the written contract.
Written Agreement Requirement
Per the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), no services will begin until a signed, written agreement is executed and the three-day cancellation period has passed.
CROA Disclosure
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any credit repair company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from your report only if it is over 7 years old (10 years for bankruptcies).
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DCG concerning the use of the Site. If any part of the Terms is found unenforceable, the rest shall remain in effect.
Changes to Terms
Diamond Credit Group may revise these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be posted on this page and supersedes any prior versions. Your continued use of the Site indicates your acceptance of any changes.
